These hours include both the Pool and Hot Tub.

 

The heater for the pool has been turned off to save money.  Heater for Hot Tob is still on.

Please remember that the life rings are for emergency use only.  If you witness the use of these rings for anything other than an emergency please report this to the management company with the date and time of event immediately.  Thanks for your help in keeping our community safe and clean.

Interested in renting the Clubhouse for a Birthday party or event?  Please see below for the application and Rules and Regulations.  The Clubhouse is available on a first come first serve basis, so you must have your deposit in to hold the date. The clubhouse is available from 10am until 10 pm.  Please note, if you rent the clubhouse but do not vacate by 10pm you will forfeit your entire deposit, so please make sure you make proper arrangements to be cleaned up and off premises before or by 10pm.  Please read all of the information on the application.

ALARM SYSTEMS-ACTIVATION & MONITORING
Cypress Communications has taken over the servicing of home security
systems and activation of security systems, replacing Century Commincation who has been covering this part of the business since aquisition.  All servcing and activation charges will be billed direct to the resident and not through the association or Comcast.  Cypress Security Services will have a dedicated phone number, 561-683-8370 for owners to call for servicing or activation of their home security system. 

The Monitoring will continue to be through Marlin, as it has been.
