The heater for the pool has been turned off to save money. Heater for Hot Tob is still on. Please remember that the life rings are for emergency use only. If you witness the use of these rings for anything other than an emergency please report this to the management company with the date and time of event immediately. ALARM SYSTEMS-ACTIVATION & MONITORING
Cypress Communications has taken over the servicing of home security
systems and activation of security systems, replacing Century Commincation who has been covering this part of the business since aquisition. All servcing and activation charges will be billed direct to the resident and not through the association or Comcast. Cypress Security Services will have a dedicated phone number, 561-683-8370 for owners to call for servicing or activation of their home security system.
The Monitoring will continue to be through Marlin, as it has been.
