Code & Violation Tracking

Code Enforcement & Violation Tracking is one of the most time consuming aspects of Association Management. Most often the HOA or Management Company is unable to follow through on a constant basis, making it very difficult to stay on top of the constant demands and needs of the Community. Our Management team covers all aspects of Code Enforcement & Violation Tracking. Keeping track of Covenant conditions and regulation violations can be an arduous task, There are six major sections in the violation system we use:

· CC&R Violation Actions
· CC&R Codes
· Form Letters
· CC&R Reports
· Control Info

We can add, update, and close CC&R Violations, Track owner Violation Histories, Print reports & define rules. Track architectural changes and other ACC Info. Store digital photos of a violation or approved change, and print it in a letter or report. If the only aspect of Association Management you require is CC&R, WE CAN HELP. You do not have to pay for Full Management or Accounting. We will give you a quote on full Code Enforcement for your Association.

Administrative/Secretarial This service includes:
  * Preparing and posting or printing a monthly Newsletter 
 
  * Board Agenda 
 
  * Board Meeting Minutes (Printed up from dictation, via recorder) 
 
  * Monthly Managers report

  * Attend monthly/quarterly Board meetings 
 
 * Prepare annual meeting documents, proxies, ballots and election material as required by law, assist in the first meeting of the Board    to elect officers and brief members on policies and procedures. 
 
  * Work with Board of Directors to plan a yearly Budget 
 
  * Post letters from the Board Members to the website 
 
  * Prepare and send letters directed from the Board.

  * Full Administrative services also include basic letter writing and secretarial services other than listed. We can also provide a quote for partial Administrative services; this requires review of the needs of your Association. If another service is selected, such as; Accounting, all administrative needs are included with that service, as applies to all individual services.We will review your insurance docuements and send for quotes to help reduce the HOA's cost.  We work with Attorney's that DO NOT CHARGE THE ASSOCIATION UP FRONT COST!!!!
