Please review the following maintenance issues that should be taken care of if needed on your property:
These are the most common sited violations/maintenance issues noted:

-Dirty Driveways, sidewalks & drain swales
-Dirty Roofs and exterior of homes
-weeds in landscaping, dead or dying plants
-lack of mulch or rock in landscaping
-trash cans out in view
-parking of commercial vehicles and parking in the street overnight
-lights in landscaping broken or not working


If you have any of these items on your property please attend to as soon as possible.  We do not like to send notices however sometimes we must to keep your community looking beautiful.

Smith Farm Highlights 

 

 2009 Draft budget is nearly completed and will be forwarded to the Board.

Comcast Cable will be distributing digital boxes in December 2008 for homeowners.

CPA Dennis Flynn has advised that Smith Farm may pool the reserves.
