Thank you,

Reminders:

To keep the value and presence of your community looking it's best CEA does send notices regarding maintenance issues.  Please do not take offense to these letters, as they do serve a great purpose for the community and your home.  Keep in mind that we only follow the Governing Documents that are set forth for your Association, as directed by the Board.

Here are some of the most common issues to check, if you have any of these items needing attention on your property, please take care of to avoid receiving a notice.

-Stains on driveways, sidewalks, drain swales
-stains on roof & exterior of homes
-garbage out on wrong days and cans being left out after pickup days
-dirty mailboxes, ie green mildew/black
-dead or dying landscaping
-needed to apply mulch in beds
-failure to submit an application for work being performed on property
-Major hazard issues, broken pipes, debris, roof tiles, pool enclosures and pool fences.
-Vehicles, violations of the documents

Please note also, if you would like a PDF file of the Governing Documents for your Association, please send me an email and we will send that over to you.  These are good to reference from time to time.
