Country Cove Estates
Bar Codes and Call box entry only.
There are no codes for entering the property.
Bar codes are $30 each for the first two, then all additional barcodes are $50 each.
Options for Bar codes:
1) You can mail in a payment to the address noted above, providing instructions as to where to mail your bar code. You must include your address in Country Cove and your name and contact number.
Option for call box number updates or additions:
1) Email our office at:

a. Name
b. Property address in Country Cove
c. Specify if this is a number change or addition
d. Specify how you would like your name entered. Example: Jones, L or Jones, L & A
e. Specify if the (561) area code must be included or if not necessary.
Thoroughbred Lakes Estates
Clickers and Call box entry only
Clickers $50 each
Options for clicker purchase:
1) You can mail a check to our Royal Palm Beach Office, we will deliver the clicker to the guard house, the guard will contact you to pick up at the guard house.
2) You can let us know you will be leaving a check at the guard house and we will arrange to have the check picked up and the clicker delivered to the guard house for pick up.
3) If you request us to mail the clicker, it is $5 per clicker to mail.
Pool Keys $40 each-You can follow the same procedure above.
Saybrook Village
Clickers and call box entry
Options:
1) You can mail in a payment to the address noted above, providing instructions as to where to mail your clicker. You must include your address in Saybrook and your name and contact number.
2) You can contact our office via email or phone and we will arrange to pick up a check and deliver the bar code to you.

1) You can mail in a payment to the address noted above, providing instructions as to where to mail your clicker. You must include your address in Walden Village and your name and contact number.
2) You can contact our office via email or phone and we will arrange to pick up a check and deliver the Clicker to you.

TROUBLESHOOTING FOR CLICKERS OR BAR CODES
1) Check the batteries in your clicker, they do go bad.
2) Barcodes-check to be sure the bars have not faded or damaged in anyway.
