Estopple fees are $200, payable to CEA Property Management
Send your request to our Royal Palm Beach office with payment as follows:

Please note that Estopples will be returned completed within 15 days. No guarentees are made for receiving this completed information sooner. We will submit for processing as soon as the request with payment is made.
Please only contact our office after 10 days of request for follow up.
All communities also require either a Certificate of Approval for closing or minimum Buyer application form:

Application procedure:
The application should not be submitted until AFTER the estopple request has been received in our office. Once the estopple is received, the buyer can then complete the application, return with the fee required, and send to our Royal Palm Beach office for processing.
We cannot accept applications prior to the estopple being requested.
