CEA must have a completed Resident Information Form on file for each Owner and Tenant.  This is important for notification reasons and important contact information

If you rent your property you must be approved by the Board of Directors.  Please complete the application and send back to the management company.  Please note your tenant cannot take occupancy until they are approved.  We will block assess to persons not authorized to be on property.
